Sanus Glutenfri AB is an expanding family business in gluten-free food production. We supply products to wholesalers and restaurants and are currently in a strong growth phase. We are now looking for a structured and responsible shift leader who wants to help develop our production facility.

Salary according to applicable collective agreement and individual salary setting based on experience and competence.

About the Role

As a shift leader, you have overall operational responsibility for production during your shift. You lead and allocate work for approximately 7 employees and ensure that production is conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable food legislation and internal procedures. Good knowledge of Swedish is required. Additional languages are a plus.

The role involves both practical work in production and administrative responsibility related to self-control, documentation, and traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and allocate work within production
  • Ensure that production follows recipes, quality requirements, and production plans
  • Monitor and manage machines, ovens, and production equipment
  • The work involves physical tasks and manual lifting in a production environment
  • Be responsible for self-control programs and hygiene routines.
  • Document and report traceability and deviations
  • Ensure order and cleanliness according to GMP and food standards
  • Introduce and guide new staff
  • Actively work on improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency

Qualifications (Requirements)

  • At least 3–5 years of documented experience in food production, with experience from bakery or similar production environments being an advantage. Experience in gluten-free production is particularly advantageous.
  • Documented experience in a supervisory role with responsibility for personnel and work distribution.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and self-control
  • Ability to communicate clearly and create structure in production
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Good computer skills and experience with documentation

Meritorious

  • Experience in manufacturing gluten-free products.
  • Forklift license
  • First aid and CPR training is a plus, especially considering supervisory responsibilities in a production environment.
  • Experience working in GFSI-certified operations or equivalent quality management systems.
